Terms of Sale:
1)Credit Cards.or PAYPAL Visa, MasterCard are accepted. We also accept debit or check cards with a visa or master card symbol.
2)Pay with a bank money order. Please contact us for shipping cost. Please allow 10 business days for checks to clear before we ship your order.
(Sorry but we do not accept personal or business checks.)
3)We do not ship C.O.D.
New York Residents:
Please add 8.25% state sales tax to the total order before adding postage and handling charges.
If you have a valid New York Seller's ID, state law now requires us to have a copy of NYS Certificate of Authority, or we have to charge you sales tax..
Policies
Returns:
All items are returnable within thirty (30) days of receipt if not completely satisfied.? Please return items in
their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and a return authorization number. To receive a
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)number, call or e-mail us--please provide your invoice number.
Any unauthorized returns, special orders, imprinted orders, or merchandise altered/damaged in any way will
not be accepted. A Restocking Fee of 15% will be charged on returns received after 30 days.? We will not accept returns over 60 days from the date of the invoice.
Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you is strictly for the purpose of
processing your order and will not be sold, swapped, or otherwise given out under any circumstances.
Order Modifications / Adding to your order:
We allow order modifications up to one hour after an order is submitted. Any orders placed during
non-business hours can be modified until the first hour of the next business day. To modify your order,
please e-mail service@shiningbeads.com with your name, order number, and the items numbers you wish
to add or modify.? You will receive e-mail confirmation of your modification request.
